I called a week ago, Nichole got back to me right away! In about a week they were out surveying! They answered questions, walked with my husband to be sure we knew where our lines were! I couldn't be more happy with the price and quality of service. I'm SHOCKED they had a 3.7 review... But then I read them and realized it was people upset that they were BUSY and had to wait for an appointment !! BUSY MEANS GOOD, PEOPLE! So glad I ignored those reviews because they were efficient and GREAT and definitely a 5 star company!!
I have used Stutts Land Surveyors many times to help clients when buying a home. They have caught many encroachments. We’ve never had any issues. Definitely worth the money to make sure there are no issues. I recommend them often.
Took on a job they knew was in a flood prone area and should have told us Stutts couldn’t do the flood design work for the city. They did a normal survey anyway knowing it would do us no good as far as permitting with the City. We had to start over with a professional survey company. Wasted $600 with Stutts.
Stutts Surveyors came out and did exactly what they were suppose to do. They were very professional and I got my paperwork the very next day! I highly recommend them. They even deal with unruly neighbors 🤗

I contacted this company for a survey after multiple recommendations from family and friends in the area. They were very responsive and even came to our house that week.
